PTI seeks judicial investigation into Zill-e-Shah[Ali Bilal]’s death

LAHORE – PTI on Saturday(March-11) demanded a judicial investigation into the death of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf supporter Ali Bilal also known as Zill-e-Shah.

The party claimed that Ali Bilal had been killed by Punjab police at the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s rally in Lahore.

PTI(Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) senior vice president Fawad questioned if Ali Bilal had died of an accident, why a case was lodged against him, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan, & other PTI leaders.

He said Punjab interim CM Mohsin Naqvi had registered a failed attempt to wash off the blood of Mr Bilal[Zill-e-shah] in his presser on Saturday(March-11). “Saturday’s presser proves that Punjab has turned into a breeding ground for false cases”, he added. The party would settle the score, he said, as it did in the cases of the attack on Imran Khan, Arshad Sharif’s murder, & the torture on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders Shehbaz Gill & Azam Swati.

Taking to Twitter, he wrote, “Ali Bilal[Zill-e-shah]’s murder is being covered up as the murder of Arshad Sharif, & gun attack on Imran were covered up”.

He said the people were aware of the whole story of the imposition of Article 144 in Lahore [while PTI was rallying] adding that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s election rally & peaceful protestors were the targets. “Police’s actions grounded the structure of prosecution in the province”, Fawad added. It had become increasingly difficult, Fawad said, for the courts to decide whether the accused nominated by the police was guilty or not.
